The story about the salad bar Wild’n Fresh in Gothenburg that was blockaded by the Hotel and Restaurant Union (HRF) has been a major topic in media and in the blogosphere the last few months. The Local has the story in English. For those of you who read Swedish there was an interesting article yesterday in LO-tidningen, the magazin of the LO union. The writer has analyzed how media reported about the conflict and how HRF became the “bad guy”. It is well worth reading even if you don’t agree with all of the conclusions.
